Finding out what can happen is the first step

1.
Finding out
red crosses around the tissue
of the burning body
what can
I out of you while catch/in/g breath
happen
clutching the fire of sorrow
is the first
step
instigating pain
the first step is knowing that
by burning the soul of your sister
your fellow brother
the bridging of burning of souls
you can touch
you can
y o u  c a n
perhaps you can stop the war.

2.
Finding
out
what
can
happen
is
the
first
step

the plane that drops a ton of terror
a patch of heaven droppings
while you and I on alert
on tears
on trial

control the bleeding.

3.
Finding out what can happen
red
is the first
cross
burning within the fingers
step
leaking the unthinkable within seconds
the mushroom unfolding
the Hiroshima cloud of blood
happening is the very first of steps to fall in void
drown together
when you and I on alert
on war alert
succumb to words

our
meeting
place.
