offering
of young hearts
fresh
in the living
offering
up post teen hearts
for slabs
of stone
Offering
up unclear
promises
of a never ending war
No rights
to give the chosen
offering
of our dreamers
our bright, awakening
lovely hearts

Offering of our present
and of our future
to lie absent
yet present
beneath stones
quiet cold

Deploy Ruin

Deploy
the so-called peace
through fireworks that destroy
the very lives of those you free
to ruin
